We insist on five Cs:
Communicating Policies and Instructions through different organizational levels.
Commitment to HSE from senior managers to low ranked employees.
Competence of all employees which is gained through
careful selection and professional training.
Collaboration among sub-contractors.
Controlling all aspects of the HSE plan.
We integrate HSE in all activities to create safe and healthy workplaces at different stages ranging from technical design to purchasing and construction.

Our proactive HSE culture ensures that quality, health, safety, security and environmental considerations remain top priority for the management and all of the company employees.
Prevention of accidental losses and minimizing risk in all workplace activities is a recognized, integral part of our continuous improvement process.
Stringent policies and standards ensure that all losses related to people, assets and processes are addressed. Non-conformances are investigated to better understand where we need to improve.
