Dr. M. R. Pakravan (chairman of board)

• Graduated as a top ranking Electronic Engineer from Tehran University in 1990 and continued his studies in Canada where he obtained his MSc. and PhD, from University of Ottawa in 1994 and 2000 respectively.
• Worked on system level modeling, analysis and design of ADSL chipset, software design, hardware design, prototype development and system integration of the Nortel ADSL access platform for more than three years in Nortel Networks.
• Published 37 papers in national and international journals.
• Registered 4 patents which were filed in Canada, USA and Europe.
• Joined Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology in 2001. Since then he has directed advanced research projects in the area of communication networks and also taught graduate and undergraduate courses.
• Has been an official advisor to Iran Telecommunications Research Center (ITRC) and High Tech Development Center.

Dr. M. M. Nayebi (vice chairman of board)

• Attained his PhD in Communications from Tarbiat Modarres University in 1994 and subsequently joined the faculty of the Department of Electrical Engineering in Sharif University of Technology (SUT).
• Co-founded Rastafan Co. & has been Chairman of the board at this corporation since 1997.
• Other previous positions held by him are:
  - Director of ground-site section of Bagheri Industries, 1996-1998
  - Director of guidance and control division of Bagheri Industries, 1996.
  - Director of Communications section of Bagheri Industries, 1995-1996.
  - Director of Electronics section of Sharif Jahad Inst., 1989-1991.
  - Member of the committee of guidance of gifted students, Sharif University of Technology, 2001-2003.
• Has published about 80 technical papers in international and national journals and conferences.

Dr. M. Chaghajerdi

• Graduated from Under Graduate Communication and Electronic College of Iranian Air force in 1345 and proceed for applied BS & MS communication engineering from Us Air force Electronic School in USA.
• Attained his B.S Degree in Industrial Engineering from Science & Technology University of Iran in 1366.
• Attained his M.S degree in Defence Management from Iranian Military Defence University in 1377.
• Attained his PHD in Strategic – Management from National Defence University of Iran in 1379 IN 1379.
• Served as Communication Engineer in Iranian Air force Communication Command from 1348 to 1357.
• Served as Communication Manager at "VeestaGostaresh" Company from1382 to 1383.
• Served as Active Member of Board in "Pars Telecommunication System Group" Co. from 1383 to present, Meanwhile served as Project Manager in "Scada System of Khangiran Gas Field" and "Telecommunication and Scada System of West Ethylene pipeline" Projects.
  

Mr. A. Niazi (CEO)

• Attained his BS in telecommunications in Sharif University of Technology (SUT) and proceeded to earn his MS in System and Productivity Management at Tarbiat_Modarres University.
• Previous positions held by him include:
• Director of Planning and Development Bureau at International University of Chabahar (2002-2005).
• Co-founder of Resana Afzar co.
• Member of ICT High Council and Consultant of CFZ ICT Master Plan at Chabahar Free Zone Organization (2002- 2005).
• Head of Network Security Group at Zaeim Electronics Ind. Co (2002-2003).
• Member of IT Committee at International University of Chabahar.
• Member of system design team at Emad Semicon. Co. (2001-2002)
• Co-Chair and Executive Officer of IMSEE'2000.

• Vice-Chair of Executive Officer in ISCEE (Iranian Student Conference on Electrical Engineering, SUT, 1998).

Mr. F. Fardis

• Attained his BSC in Telecommunication engineering and also Master of Business Administration (MBA) from "Sharif University of Technology".
• ILO (industrial labor organization)certified trainer for entrepreneurship SIYB and IYB package ("start and improve your business" and "improve your business").
• Co Founder of "ResanaAfzar" Company.
• Instructor of entrepreneurship, business plan , business model , creativity and negotiation courses at "Tehran university" and "Sharif University of Technology".
• Managing Director of "MicromodjeAria Kish" Co. from 1388 to present.
• Member of board in "Pars Telecom Systems Group", and Project Manager of "Telecommunication System of Fourth National Gas Pipeline" in this company, meanwhile serving as Engineering Manager in the "Telecommunication and Scada System of West Ethylene pipeline" project.
