In Pars Saman, the approach and structure of Project
Management System is based on the special view that the company
has towards "project" and "project-based activities". In this
approach, scheming, executing and maintaining of this system is
managed so that in addition to establishing a win-win relation
with costumers, stakeholders, shareholders and peers, all
necessary prerequisites for realizing project objectives are
provided.
In our view, project definition and project
undertaking are vital for survival and growth, therefore the
company aligns its project management activities and procedures
in a manner that maximizes long-term achievement of goals and
missions.
Also, Pars Saman treats each project as an independent
business unit, contributing to the overall success of the
company. Therefore each project has its own independent
identity, so the project management office organizes every
project as an independent and unique organization within the
company, but also makes sure that each project is configured and
managed in a way that maximizes organizational benefit at the
same time.
Pars Saman has managed to design, implement and
maintain a Project Management System (PMS) in accordance to
above mentioned views and issues, to reduce environmental
threats and uncertainties around projects and enhance their
success. This PMS and the correlated processes are to be used as
foundation to organizational maturity and excellence.

Aforementioned Processes have been applied to the accumulated
Knowledge-based platform formed from past experiences, lessons
learned and benchmarking with best practices of industry.
Pars Saman has also organized and developed Management Offices (MO)
on Portfolio, Program and Project levels (P3MOs) to implement
and administer operations mentioned before, so that through
utilization of professional and well-trained staff, achievement
of company goals would be a certain future.
